Laurie correctly identified this doll as a power ranger. Either he can read or the pre-school marketeers have done their job well. Neither is a particularly relaxing thought. (It's OK though, he's sitting here on my knee, talking about Noddy!)
Having missed the last 3 entries, I'm sorry I didn't comment on either the plumber or the trip to Shanghai, though many thoughts come to mind. None of them clean. I'm assuming this is a new Power Ranger that I'm going to get hit with next time I babysit.
