I've thought about taking pictures of the kids with chicken pox and decided not to, but, since this blog is supposed to record our year and communicate with relatives, I think this less than lovely view of poor Maddie's eye merits a brief entry.Dominic's chicken pox was not too bad, Max's was pretty bad and Madeleine's is bad all over. Poor baby.

Poor baby indeed. You may want to consider removing this picture well in advance of her starting a playgroup for fear it may colour the other kids' opinions of her.

I also forgot to mention something to you on the phone the other day, but it's an elusive thing and I can't seem to remember it for very long. Hope it's not important.
