A very wet and miserable weekend has been saved by an enlivening visit from Shona, Owen and Laurie. Saturday's weather called for a visit to the most excellent Museum of Science and Industry, but I can't say too much about that as Shona and I skivved off round the corner to a bar while Chris and Owen shepherded the fab four about.
