Wimbledon 2006

No, it's certainly not Tim Henman's year (again), but it was great to have the opportunity to see him play, particularly against the probable champion, Roger Federer. Really, there wasn't much to choose between them.....except that every shot Tim hit went out and every one Federer played stayed in. That's tennis for you.

Chris and I escaped to London for a night this week, courtesy of Chris' work and my mum and dad's babysitting. We struggled through all the corporate wining and dining (emphasis on the wining) and enjoyed some excellent centre court seats.

In the evening, we went out for a meal at Soho Spice. We were first taken there by a certain American gentleman, who, if and when he reads this, will also remember it fondly I am sure. The food is still excellent, Chris!
