Football Fever

Here in Oakville the World Cup has kicked off. This has nothing to do with events on the field in South Africa, it has more to do with the arrival of World Cup literature from the UK.









The boys have developed an almost encylopedic knowledge of the beautiful game. Dominic's head is so full of facts it may explode. Every sentence currently starts "did you know" and generally ends with something along the lines "in the 1990 World Cup England mainly ate pasta". It is the big game tonight, England vs. USA. Thankfully we are still in Canada as the boys passionate support for their home country might cause the to be in breach of their US visa conditions and see them deported by 430pm EST.
