First fish post

So we bought Max a fish tank for his birthday. I can see foresee many posts about these fish... the joy of the day we bring them home... perhaps a little profile on each fish... there will probably be obituaries... Yup. The fish are going to be a feature.

Today we went to the pet shop and bought decoration. This fun looking fellow is a sphinx-type in a state of decay which allows for interesting holes for the fish to swim in, out and all about.

We contemplated tropical fish for a bit and Dominic and Maddie bickered about which ones were boys and which were girls. Dominic sounded pompous and Maddie just ridiculous. Max changed his mind about which fish he liked best about 64 thousand times.

And hurrah, he'll get to do it all over again when we go back to get the fish when the tank is acclimatised. Can't wait.

In other news, we posted a lego video to youtube and facebook. The boys are loving the great feedback. There are plenty more where that one came from and they are all their own brilliant work. I am a proud mama.
