So today Maddie had her second piano lesson and it went really well. As a completely unmusical person, it is highly pleasurable for me to watch her tackle her lessons. She is so charmingly enthusiastic and impressed whenever the teacher plays anything that I think she will be teacher's pet in no time. In fact if Maddie had nothing to do but listen to the woman play for 30 mins, I think she would be quite satisfied with the whole experience. She has four books that she is whizzing through and has promised to do all her theory homework this week.

Will it last? Who knows.

In the interim, I need to clean those piano keys. Doh. More cleaning.
