Swim meet 7/7

So today's meet was a friendly but Dom's birthday added plenty of fun to the event. The PA was used twice to sing happy birthday with the lovely Claire leading the encore.

Max led the day with a stunning breast stroke in the medley relay. He also won the individual. Dom killed the 50 free for his first individual win of the year. He almost won the fly but tied up in the last 5 metres. The boys led the free relay to victory with legs 1 and 2.

Mads deserves a special mention today. She placed for the first time in a points race with a stunning 3rd in the back. Her competitive spirit came out in the relay when she trashed her team for coming 3rd when she had left them comfortably in 2nd. We may have created a monster. Oh yes, we already had a monster.

On the subject of monsters Max got magic marker Sea Dragon tattoo. He likes the idea of getting it made permanent. Hmmmmmm!!
