First haircut

I guess the picture doesn't quite go with the title but today Maddie did have her first haircut. Can you tell? Does it count if they don't even charge you for it? Basically, the hairdresser trimmed her hair just like I did once - except she used scissors that were sharp, cut it straight and put a bit of a layer in it so it doesn't look too severe. Pretty good for free when I put it like that.

Then we came home, ate beetroot and stuck our tongues out at each other. Most amusing for us both.
