Lego Leprechaun

Last year stories about Lucky the Leprechaun gave Maddie nightmares. She has never been keen on the home-invader set - Santa, the tooth fairy, the easter bunny, jack frost - and to be fair, she has a point. Now we are nearly 7, however, we seem to be toughening up a bit. She doesn't want to go and see The Hunger Games, but she's pretty intrigued by the Thriller video with its werewolves and zombies. She feels there should be skeletons coming out of the ground, not zombies. Hopefully that won't wake her up tonight and she can go to school for her St Patrick's Day party on a full night of sleep. We discussed this phenomenon in the car tonight while Dominic was doing soccer training. Max said he didn't think much of St Patrick's Day. I'm with him.
