Goldfrapp

On Tuesday night we went to see Goldfrapp at the Ritz courtesy of Xfm Manchester. Despite the fact that I had to look up how to spell the name of the band before I texted in for the competition and notwithstanding that I couldn't name one tune by them/her, it was a really good experience. Even in such a small venue, the performance (dancers, lighting, fan blowing blond hair about) was clearly big band level. Never having been one for squashing up the front and screaming hysterically this was by far the nearest to a live band that I've ever been and it was great.
