On Friday we went to re-visit Dynamic Earth, a trip specially requested by Dominic, principally because he was much taken by the shop there last time. Hmm. Anyway, it was better than I remembered and the building is directly opposite the new Scottish Parliament Building so I sloped off to take a few pictures. The thing that looks like a Gaudi building before the attractive bits got added is the Parliament and on the far right is Holyrood Palace. Interesting juxtaposition. I wouldn't say I loved the building, but it doesn't offend me either. I think I'll decide if I like it in another 50 years or so.
