Last week I was officially a VAV, volcanic ash victim. I guess that I am now a VAS, volcanic ash survivor. I finally made it home last night after a long journey home through New York. Every cloud has a silver lining though as we were forced to endure a weekend in London. The highlight was running round Hyde Park and some walking tours of London with other stranded colleagues. This morning was a return to normality and breakfast with Maddie.
In other news; Dominic has been screen tested for a commercial on TV, Max is progressing extremely well with the piano and Maddie is learning some killer ballet moves. Jeans and Les just arrived and narrowly avoided being VAVs, while Kate heads down to Philadelphia next week to score a house. I have still to blog the getting a visa story. I run the Mercedes Oakville 10km tomorrow and broke 45 minutes thus week. Finally we open the pool today.
